Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy All appointments with Valiant Virtual Paralegals, LLC must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system. Appointments are reserved exclusively for the selected service and time. By booking, you acknowledge that Valiant Virtual Paralegals, LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or representation. Payment (if applicable) and completion of any required intake forms may be required to confirm your appointment. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: We understand that schedules change. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance by emailing: 📧 info@valiantvirtualparalegals.com Cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or failure to appear (“no-show”), may result in: Forfeiture of the session, or A cancellation/no-show fee, or Requirement of prepayment for future bookings (Fees vary by service and are consistent with your service agreement.) Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or canceled to respect the schedules of other clients. Late arrivals are not guaranteed additional time, and the session may still be counted as completed. Waitlist Policy: If your preferred appointment time is unavailable, you may join our waitlist. When an opening becomes available: Waitlisted clients will be notified by email. Appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If you do not respond within the time specified in the notification, the slot may be offered to the next client. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment.
